WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUTDOOR PHOTO SESSION
Once you've arrived at the location on the day of shooting, our photographer will greet you all with a warm welcome and give you a brief on the shoot for the day. It is a good idea to plan ahead by preparing matching outfits and bringing along special items such as toys for children or activities that can be enjoy together. If you're stuck on idea feel free to let us know and we'll be happy to share some suggestions.
The photographer will guide you through the location and suggests spots that'll make great photographs. The shoot will continue and it's very much about having fun and enjoying the moment with your family while the photographer captures these beautiful moments in photographs.
The whole shoot should take about 1.5hours and since we're outdoor the weather does play a big factor in how the photographs will turn out. If the weather forecast is less than ideal (raining/ cloudy) we would suggest rescheduling to a better day at no extra charge so you can get the most out of the experience.

Pricing: To the fairness of all clients, please understand the prices are non-negotiable. We understand your needs might differ from our standard package and in such cases please email us for custom quotations. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. All prices are in HKD.
Payment: A non-refundable full payment deposit is required to confirm your booking. Additional purchases would be payable by cash/bank transfer on the day of shoot. Cancellation/reschedule: If a booking is cancelled by the Client within 24 hours of the starting time, TinTinStudio reserves the right to charge the deposit without refund. For rescheduling, please notify us 24hours in advance or asap. Reschedule fee may apply if reschedule for more than once.
Digital photos: Editing/ photo retouch: All digital files are in jpeg format. Retouching is base on the photographer's standard of editing process. Basic retouch usually includes exposure, contrast and color adjustments. This editing is included in all our digital files. Any additional artwork is consider as additional detailed retouching for example: slimming of face/ body, skin retouching, removal of any items from the photo etc. Detailed retouching are charged at $150 and up.
Disclosure: All images are the exclusive copyright and property of TinTinStudio and the photographer. These images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent. TinTinStudio reserves the right to use the portrait session images on our website, blog, social media platforms or any relevant marketing material. By booking a session with TinTinStudio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
